To be able to access the
JFMM document offline you will need to download the zipped version. After
downloading the zip file you will need to unzip it to a location on your
computer. From there double click on the JFMM folder and then double click
on the 00_JFMM.pdf file to navigate through the document. To download the

The official version of the JFMM is on our public
website and if this downloaded version is used frequent visit to the website
should be made for announcements and ACN's.
HOW TO SUBMIT A JFMM CHANGE REQUEST
JFMM
change requests can be submitted at any time by anyone. To do so, simply
click on the blue button above labeled “Forms”, then choose the top form
listed (Change/Request Form). When the form appears in Word format, save the
form to your computer's hard drive. Fill out the form completely and save it.
Then click on the e-mail link below and send it directly to the JFMM Program
Office. You will be kept informed of your request periodically until it is
resolved.
